Sunday Worship

EMBRACING DIVERSITY: OUR MULTI-ETHNIC CHURCH

In a world that often emphasizes differences, our – Alpha and Omega Evangelical Church – stands as a lighthouse of unity and inclusivity. We proudly celebrate the rich tapestry of cultures and ethnicities that make up our congregation, creating a vibrant and welcoming community for all who seek God.

SUNDAY SERVICES FOR EVERYONE

Our commitment to serving a diverse community is reflected in our Sunday services. We offer two distinct services (in Lombard, Illinois) to cater to the linguistic and cultural needs of our members:
  1. ENGLISH SERVICE: Held at 1 p.m., this service is conducted entirely in English and is designed to be accessible to everyone, regardless of their background. It is a time for worship, reflection, and fellowship, bringing together individuals from various walks of life who share a common faith in the Lord Jesus Christ.
  2. SLAVIC SERVICE: Starting at 1 p.m., this service is specifically tailored for people of Slavic origin. Our congregation includes Ukrainians, Bulgarians, Polish, Belarusians, and Russians, among others. The service is a blend of traditional and contemporary elements, reflecting the diverse cultural heritage, and focused on biblical truth.

A WELCOMING ATMOSPHERE

No matter which service you choose to attend, you will find a warm and welcoming atmosphere. Our church is more than a place of worship; it is a community where people come together to support and uplift one another. We believe that our diversity is a strength, enriching our worship and community life.
Whether you are looking for a spiritual home, a place to connect with others, or simply curious about our services, you are welcome here. Come experience the warmth of our multicultural and multi-ethnic church community. Join us for a service (in Lombard, Illinois), stay for the fellowship, and become a part of our growing family.

THE APOSTLES CREED

I believe in God the Father Almighty, Maker of heaven and earth. And in Jesus Christ, His only Son, our Lord; Who was conceived by the Holy Spirit; Born of the Virgin Mary; Suffered under Pontius Pilate; Was crucified, dead and buried; He descended into Hell; The third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into heaven; And sitteth on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; From thence He shall come to judge the living and the dead. I believe in the Holy Spirit; The Holy Christian Church, the Communion of Saints; The Forgiveness of sins; The Resurrection of the body; And the life everlasting. Amen.
